With no place in the county of lake that can compare and not only compare but simply house an help educate ,deal w/circumstances that may continue to complicate an prevent housing,and yet homeless people in the city and county,no matter where you look ,the probation officer ,tells a homeless man to come to east chicago,(back to living on the street)instead of networking w/probation officers in same state,which by the way is only 2 counties away,(meaning to leave a homeless) place designed to help ,a place that is replicated across the nation for its way of helping the homeless,,a safe place out of the cold,out of the worsening economy,A Mr James George and or his supervisor is not being a part of lake county Indiana`s solution to ending homelessness,but playing a major part in the problem,this is part and parcel to the legacy Bernard Carter (county prosecuter) is leaving(oh I do not think so ,) And I intend to blow this lack of compassion toward the homeless,this lying to Hud about how monies in east chicago,and lake county to help the homeless is being spent ,as i write this here i am in southbend,along w/people from highland,griffith,crownpoint,east chicago,gary,and other towns and cities,yet my plan I wrote w /a MSW to eliminate homeless in ten yers in lake county was ignored. IGNORE THIS,the peson i am speaking of is not(a murderer,child molester,rapist,gangbanger,thief,alcoholic,drug addict,ciggarette smoker,bar hopper,or other such things ,but the underlying mssg is Screw em,How dare these bureaucrats do such,how dare they say we have no monies to help the homeless,how dare they say we are compassionate democrats,this is unacceptable to day ,tomorrow,and yesterday,we,will not be maligned by these unprofessional,so called employess,( bureaucrats work for us the people an some heads ned to roll) get fired ,its cold out or do they not know and or care ?
