Shannon Now has Two Belated Valentine
s: Shannon Ripley (formerly Myers) now has two belated Valentines: daughter Ivy and husband David.
Shannon and David were married yesterday on Ivy’s birthday—the day after Valentine’s Day. So one could also say that Ivy got a new stepfather for a birthday present.
They were united by a magistrate at the St. Joseph County Courthouse.
Shannon wore a knee-length white dress with a garland in her hair. They managed to get David into a black suit with tie but Ivy insisted on wearing her usual jeans instead of the new dress she had gotten for the occasion.
Hopefully David won’t have any trouble remembering his anniversary.
