Sign Up for CFH Holiday Miracle Luncheon:
Sign up now at the front desk for the CFH Holiday Miracle Luncheon, December 6, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Century Center
The guest speaker will be Christopher Gardner, Jr., whose homeless experience was portrayed in the movie “The Pursuit of Happyness” with Will Smith.
Buses will start leaving CFH at 11 a.m. Contact Whitney Nickle with any questions or concerns. Sign up by December 3.

Artistic Newsletter: Are you an artist, poet or writer?
Place submissions for the new Artistic Newsletter in Emily Pickerill’s box. Express your talents and ideas by participating. Start submitting as soon as possible.
Art Group: Interested in exercising your creative spirit? Want to see some of your original art work on display in the hallways?

ABE

Starting Over:
The next Starting Over class will begin December 3 and will run six weeks because of the holidays.
All of the following activities count towards ABE hours.
▪Computer Classes: There will be two Basic Word classes on Fridays starting December 7: 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-2:30 p.m. Sign up in ABE.
▪ Academic Fun Fair: Starting December 3 in ABE.
There will be puzzles, games, interesting projects and exhibits. A new exhibit will be added every day for the first week of December.
Volunteers are needed to set up and work exhibits. See Andrea in ABE.
▪ Poetry Jam: Every Tuesday, 7-8 p.m., Starting Over Room.
Read a favorite poem.
Share your own work.
Just listen, relax and enjoy.
▪Creative Writing: Thursdays, 7-8 p.m., Starting Over Room.
▪Dead Poets Society: Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m., ABE Room. All are welcome.
We will discuss short stories and poems.
▪Science Club: Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m., Starting Over Room.
Discuss science-related issues in the news and interesting experiments about Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, and more.

IUSB Men 84, Trinity Christian 71:
Ben Werner led the host Titans (4-5) with 22 points and 18 rebounds

Soccer

ND Men 2, Oakland (Mich.) 1:
A three-point effort by senior forward Joseph Lapira propelled the 10th-seeded Irish (13-4-5) in the second round of NCAA Tournament play at ND’s Alumni Field.
Lapira knocked in the game-winner in the 57th minute for a school-record fifth goal in NCAA Tournament play.
The Irish move on to the round of 16 for the third straight year. They will play the winner of this weekend’s UCLA-Santa Clara game.
